Guess what!
I have just launched my own website, it still needs a little building here and there, but it's done. Far-Skies.com *smiles* I am very proud. So, take a peek, will ya?

I am becoming a favorite to my instructor *smiles real big* I have a feeling this is going to be a good year... I am slowly becoming the teachers pet. And just as I suspected, my instructor is quite awesome. I stayed after class a bit and chatted it up with him a little, he is very pleasant to talk to. Today was a good day, we had a speaker come in by the name of Gary Chance. I have heard this man lecture before and I must admit that I was impressed. I had no idea that he would be speaking today and I found it funny that I had just written an essay that mentioned him by name. I told him and he insisted on reading it, after he was done in the last 3 minutes of class, he ended the session with my paper. He recited it aloud to the entire class... it was amazing. He said "This girl knows what she is talking about, this girl gets it... I mean actually GETS it." I felt a little embarrassed yet honored at the same time. Today was a blast.*smiles*Have you ever had a teacher that you will never forget, someone that changed your life?***********************************My boyfriends mother bought me some summer shoes! Yay! She is so nice, I felt so blessed when she called me up and told me. Suzanne is a wonderful lady, she's got lots of spunk and I like that, and she is very kind to me.
^The Shoes she bought for me ^I love Suzanne, I am so happy that I love my boyfriends mom... that has never happened before!
Yay, now I will have nice shoes to wear this summer.*************************************************

Yes i've had a couple of teachers who have changed my life because they were supportive & believed in me & i'll definitely never forget them...i've also had teachers who really put me down & made me really doubt myself & made me hate the subjects they taught & unfortunately i'll never forget them either...

Hehe, nice shoes you have Cat. At their best, the teachers were boring. Maybe one inspired me a bit, all the rest had the opposite effect. I'm sorry, no real positive news there.

I felt the need to comment here because I feel the exact same way, without being happy while you are doing something then you will never gain success. And it is true in any person's life.
I had an amazing History teacher my first year of college. Until I took his class I thought History was boring, but he changed my mind.
He used to say "Students that fail to study History are doomed to repeat it."
I think we all have that one teacher who makes an impact and who we remember so well. I did check out your new site nice job... :thumbsup:
